The Last Circle book is a true life tour-de-force through the labyrinth of institutionalized crime in the United States during the past 28 years.



William Weld is asked by Bradford Reynolds to facilitate the financial aspects of the PROMISE software to Sheik Klahid bin Mahfouz on May 16, 1985, then on February 29, 1988 (see below), Weld declines to investigate INSLAW’s charges against the DOJ based on insufficient evidence. Weld resigned from the DOJ one month later, on March 29, 1988.
